Firstly, you will have time to sit down and speak directly with your therapist before you enter your session. Take this time to be open and honest about how pregnancy is treating your body. Telling your therapist your specific aches and pains will help them customize your session so you feel better, calmer, more energized...

Unless otherwise discussed all massage are full-body massages.

 

We do a side lying massage here at our Denver location, so you don't have to worry about fitting your torso into a one-size-fits-all bed or pillow system.
